A thank you to AZ Big Media. For the introduction and some of the information contained below.
Below is a list of some very reputable dropshipping platforms. Whether you use these for downloading products to your retail website, or contacting them them to add your product to their platform for distribution among drop shippers, I hope you them useful.
If listing your product for sale Worldwide Brands, Sprocket and SaleHoo are good places to begin looking for the best deal for your business.
Dropshipping offers an alternative to traditional sales methods for e-commerce merchants. Instead of buying inventory upfront and needing to store it on-site, merchants can have products shipped directly to their customers without ever having to handle the inventory.
Business owners who want to get into drop shipping can read on to find out about top source sites for manufacturers and suppliers that offer this service.
With over 50,000 retailers, you can start using sprocket for free. 60% of its products are sourced from Europe and The United States. The products are well packaged and can be invoiced with your unique brand.
The orders can be fulfilled with one click. Sprocket is synced with your store and all orders will automatically appear in your App. I have used sprocket and recommend it highly. If your a supplier go here.
One of the biggest with over 100,000,000 million products. This is a new breed of drop ship platform. With premium tools that automatically find top rated suppliers, high converting product videos that generate top quality descriptions (for any product). With one click – you can view all competitor stores for any product, find proven best sellers & get access to new trending products before they go viral.
It directly integrates with Shopify (with a dedicated Shopify App) and Oberlo to allow you to effortlessly list, edit and sell your e commerce drop shipping products. It also has a Chrome extension.
It does not directly integrate with Woo Commerce, E-Bay or Amazon although many drop shippers find it useful for finding trending products.
Doba offers millions of products from hundreds of suppliers, making it easy for online sellers to find products their customers will love. Plans cost between $29 and $249 per month, but e-commerce merchants can try Doba risk-free for 30 days and can get two months of access free when they sign up for an annual plan.
Oberlo is strictly for Shopify store owners.
It allows merchants to search for products, add them to their storefronts, then have them shipped to customers from one app, and those getting new businesses off the ground on a shoestring budget will love that the platform offers a free starter plan that allows users to sell up to 500 products. The only problem with Oberlo is that it can only be integrated with Shopify, so online merchants who use Woo Commerce, Wix or other platforms to sell their goods can cross it off their lists.
Unlike many source sites, SaleHoo, pre-vets all of the suppliers listing goods on the platform. SaleHoo has been in business for over 15 years, which also makes it one of the more reputable and reliable drop shipping companies. Pricing begins at $67 for a one-year membership, which may not sound like a great deal, but sellers can also get a lifetime membership for $127. It is not recommended for Shopify.
Although I did hear a rumor they were trying to integrate SaleHoo with Shopify. I did a review on SaleHoo a while back. See it here if your interested
One thing some people don’t like with SaleHoo is, that it requires users to contact suppliers individually. I found some of my most profitable products and developed a long term partnership this way. Many of SaleHoo merchants have very specialised niches
Drop ship Direct offers users free access, which makes it easier to get started using their services. However, most sellers choose to upgrade to a Premium account for $37 per month to access Wholesale Files information. Drop ship Direct doesn’t require users to contact suppliers directly, which makes it easier to use than some alternatives.
World Wide Brands has been around for more than two decades. They’ve had plenty of time to establish a reputation for themselves. Starting way back in 1999 by an E-Bay power seller.
This supplier directory offers users access to over 16 million wholesale products from vetted suppliers. If users are willing to deal with the fact that the company’s website looks a bit old and outdated, they’ll find that the $224, a lifetime membership is well worth the investment.
Wholesale 2B is a commonly chosen option for eBay and Amazon sellers, but it can also be integrated into independent websites. The company offers four plans, including selective plans tailored to specific platforms, but users don’t have to pay anything just to browse products. Some users complain about customer service, though, since the company can only be reached by putting in a ticket and does not offer phone or email support.
Another of the new breed of drop ship platforms. All the stats and important metrics can be managed from within one control panel on your website dashboard.
This is made for Woo Commerce. Plus there is a separate stand alone platform, complete with themes.
As the name suggests it works with Aliexpress. Currently there are about 66,000 users. A little like Sprocket but with a variety of niche oriented custom stores. It’s recording metrics are comparable to larger platforms like SaleSource
It will not work with Shopify.
AliDropship was built by Computer nerds who were drop shipping to help pay their way through University. There is a single payment of $89.00. with free lifetime upgrades.
They do more than plugins, there are custom stores, stores for sale, social plugins, and much more. A Spanish version is available as well.
You can see it all here
An established wholesale platform, with 20,000 high profit margin products. These are sourced from 500 reliable factories. This is one of the places Wish, Walmart and Sears source from. It is very big on research.
It claims exceptionally fast fulfillment and shipping times, in as little as 2 days in some cases, from its warehouses at different locales around the world.
Your downloads work on what you sell. The initial download is for 300 products. It scales up to a level 5 where you can download 750 products and get 5% of the wholesalers price. The turnover for level 5 is $100,000 a month.
There’s no one right choice for online retailers looking to get into dropshipping. Consider things like the diversity of products, cost of subscription plans, access to customer service, and company reputation when choosing a supplier website, or look into fulfillment centers that will allow online sellers to broaden their horizons when it comes to products.
